Solutions for the people running the counter
Aiway Products ships as two modules that share the same data layer. Most teams start with one and grow into the other. The queue module is a full QMS — hospitals, banks, restaurants, government halls, and retail desks all run on the same engine.
Module 01
Appointment management
Public booking page, slot logic, reminders, reschedule. Tied to real counter capacity so you do not over-book. Bookings become queue tokens automatically.
Open module →Module 02 · QMS
Queue management system
Full QMS: tokens, counters, sub-counters, priorities, live displays, and analytics. Built for hospitals, banks, restaurants, retail, and public service counters — configure per location, not per industry.

Clinics often start with QMS because the lobby is on fire, then turn on appointments once they know which services run on schedule. Banks usually do the reverse — appointment-first for relationship managers, QMS when teller volume grows. Restaurants may need only QMS for waitlists and pickup counters. Either order works.
